At Vibrancia, we believe in transparent policies and customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to give shoppers confidence while purchasing women’s wide leg pants online in Pakistan.

 

Exchange Policy

Vibrancia offers a 7 day exchange policy starting from the date of delivery. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to request an exchange. Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible.

 

Return and Store Credit Policy

Vibrancia does not offer cash refunds. In approved cases, customers will receive store credit that can be used on future purchases. Store credit or exchanged items will be processed within 14 days after the returned parcel is received and inspected by our quality team.

 

Non Exchangeable Items

Discounted, sale, or customized items are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was delivered.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If Vibrancia sends a defective or incorrect product, the return and reshipment cost will be covered by us.

 

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact Vibrancia customer support through our official Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.

 

Important Notes

Vibrancia reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request after inspection. Color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography are not considered defects.
